Vintage designer brooch by Kenneth Jay Lane, exquisitely crafted in rich 22K gold plated metal with vibrant yellow and white enamel forming a sculptural blooming flower. Perched delicately upon one of the petals is a charming white enamel ladybug adorned with yellow accents — a whimsical and highly sought-after detail among collectors.
Jewellery by Kenneth Jay Lane is internationally celebrated for its bold, imaginative designs and has long been favoured by fashion icons and high society. Floral compositions featuring critter elements, such as the ladybug, are considered a more desirable and less commonly encountered variation, elevating both collectibility and visual appeal.
This signed K.J.L. piece beautifully captures the designer's signature blend of elegance and playfulness, making it a standout addition to any curated vintage jewellery collection.
