Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia within 24 hours of cleared payment where possible.

All parcels are securely packaged and shipped with tracking via Australia Post or trusted courier services. Tracking details are provided once your parcel has been lodged.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, public holidays, customs processing and carrier delays.

Combined postage is available upon request prior to payment.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.

Perfume and fragrance products are classified as dangerous goods and require separate shipping arrangements. Within Australia, these items are sent by tracked road transport only and Express delivery is not available. Fragrances are not currently available for international shipping.
